Candidates are thoroughly assessed to ensure they are the right person for the job and all secretarial candidates undergo spelling and grammar tests in addition to typing and WP tests. We can also offer customised testing and implement psychometric testing on behalf of clients if required.

Candidates will only be put forward for a position if they meet with your specific requirements. Honest and factual details will be submitted along with relevant information as to the candidates’ requirements, reasons for leaving and availability.

Candidates are fully briefed on the position and the clients’ requirements prior to interview. Regular contact is maintained with both client and candidate leading up to and after the employment commences.

Temporary staff are always available for odd days, short term and longer-term assignments, often at extremely short notice. Our temporary work-force is highly-skilled and efficient, built very much through recommendations.

Salary and benefits surveys are regularly provided or can be carried out specifically in greater detail if requested.
